Don’t Break My Rice Bowl by Robert H. Dodd, a Vietnam War fictional memoir, brought to life years after his death.

Robert Dodd was a US civilian expert sent to Vietnam late 1960s as part of President Johnson’s ‘Hearts and Minds’ campaign. He was there four years during the Vietnam War. I am the late author’s daughter (and one of the co-authors).

It’s a book that is easy to follow, making readers think and learn about that time in history. Eddie the protagonist has been described as swashbuckling, sensitive and funny.

The eBook, paperback, hardcover and audiobook are all widely available everywhere.

But at its heart is a moving novel. 💕
